    Swap project from France

    Hi,

I'm Julien 33 years old, living in France (sorry for my english language). In a first time I present you my motored life

I started young with this iconic model that european members must know : Renault Clio Williams 1993.

Then I bought this buggy with a 600 diversion swap. But it previous owner made a newbie installation, unreliable, so i sold it

I tried my first bike of my life : Yamaha 125 DTRE. Gives me a lot of pleasures but one day I fell and broke my right hand. After, I was scared everytime I run it... so I sold it.

Someday on youtube, I saw a video of a bobber and it was love at first sight. I do it with a Yamaha 125 virago (125 because i haven't motorbike licence), 180cm3 stroker. Not finished on this picture.

I still have this bike, but i'm a guy born to have a steering wheel in my hands ! I decided to buy a road legal buggy knows as differents names, depending of your country : Bakus (France), Yamabuggy, Dunax, Taurus, BMS 400A.

Original motor is about 25HP. My project is to swap it with a bigger one. It will be my next thread

Thank you for your post and a super big welcome.

Unlike a few people around here who think broken bones are a fun way to live I also like a steering wheel. I'd rather bend steel than break bones.
All dressed up and waiting for the beer to arrive.

Howdy and welcome to Minibuggy! I’m glad to see you posting up. Your English is just fine. Très bien.

One broken wrist and you were done with dirt bikes? I’ve still not learned. (:

Time to start up a build thread and see what you can make. You’ll like it here as you will be able to chronicle and find your build easily versus trying to do it on the Facebook group.

That's what I was thinking, we must not be that fast of learners.

Thank you. You right, bend steel and wear tires is better

Thank you. I prefer forum too, all informations about a build are in the same place, facebook is good for quick post and get quick answer.
I work in my family vineyard, so we use our hands every day, that's why I can't broke my hand a second time

I didn't even have to break anything. I must be an amazingly fast learner, or a pussy.

No, I'll walk through the house with my shoes on. It must be the learning thing.
    I race, therefore I am
