HELLO TO ALL, NEED INFO ON A 1999 EDGE HYPERSPRINT BUGGY

I am NEW to buggy's, been ATV riding for 30YRS and wanted something different so i recently got a 1999 Edge Hypersprint buggy and well i do not know a damn thing about it!! (ANY) information about this buggy at all would be greatly appreciated!

There hasn't a lot of Edge activity on here for a while. There is (was?) a big Aussie community that does (did?) short course racing. Western Australia Racing Association or something like that. A member named Baz (with 1 or 2 zz's) was a big poster on here, so looking through his past posts might give you info. Then there was another Down Under racing association on the other side of the country called TORC. Lottsa posts there, too. As always, search is your friend.

That's quite a machine you have there and everyone would love to see it in action! Enjoy!

Yes, there is a large community of Edge guys playing at a few different tracks in Australia. TORCS is the racing group.
NFG, Bazz, TALON to name a few.

Man, as much as I don’t want to direct away from this forum, go find the Facebook group Minibuggy and poke around there. Bunch of those guys are on the FB group. Tony Sanger, the guy behind Edge Products is a member.

Also look up Krossed up Offroad group - once again, populated by the Aussie racers and Edge buggies are the dominate brand.

When you get there please announce “Hey Gizzo, I hear NFG!” It’ll break the ice, if you will. (And should get a laugh)

@ Odypilots, Thank you sir for the info, i will have to check all them out. The Hypersprint is new (never been ridden) I still have to put on the exhaust and wire it all up but otherwise it's good to rip! I will try to get pics up soon as i can. Have you ever seen them in action by any chance?

TORCS is the sanctioning group.
The guys I mentioned are on both this forum and FB. Krossed up Offroad Group is a TORCS based/biased/oriented FB group where a bunch of those guys post.

If you’re really looking for info, bite the bullet and lurk on FB.

I’ll throw out a post that you’re here, come over and take a look.

The hypersprint is a old machine which was delete many years ago to make way for the barracuda buggy.
Now in saying that they are still around and a few guys building them too.

You have come to the right place for info!

Here to help anyway we can.

First thing for you to do is send through as many pics and info about the machine you would like to know about and we can go from there!
