Hello all, i have been lurking on the forum for the last couple of weeks. Tons of great info on this forum. I am just starting my buggy. This is my first foray into offroad buggys. My buddy who i am partners in a small fab shop are pretty excited about this build. I come from a Jeeping background and my buddy oval track racing. We are building the car to have fun in the sand and maybe try our hand racing with bonniville offroad. I will start a build thread soon. picked up a honda 954rr motor last week.

Welcome. I'm just starting a project as well. I just moved to Hyrum, Ut so I have to get my garage all set up first before I can start building. I'm thinking about trying a race or two out as well. Should be fun. Keep us posted on your project. Hey, you never know, we may race each other soon!

Well if your referring to the site, I love it. I like the projects in progress forum right now. I've been getting some good ideas and seeing what people would/wouldn't do over again.

Well if you meant Utah, I'm really loving it. I like to Snowmobile and dirt bike and the Cache Valley in Northern Utah is one of the best places to do both of those things. Yeah, its been cold, but I'll be sledding into June so I don't mind. Then from here, there are sand dunes north a couple of hours and south a couple of hours and west a couple of hours. So I'd say its about the perfect place really. You liking living in Utah 3oheight? It will be nice to get to know a few Utahn's when the buggy is done, then we can go ride!
