RZR Reverse Box In Production

This is my new RZR reverse box that is in production and should be available in a couple of months.
The first picture shows the layout.
The reverser planetary is from Lenco, they build transmissions for Alcohol funny car and dragsters.
These parts I have used on all my buggies and is good to three thousand plus horse power.

This box will be available to use stock axles or 930 CVS.

This is the planetary parts I use for forward and reverse. It is the size of your fist and will handle thousands of horse power.

Looking good though, it is nice that forward gear is locked up through the unit, and not through the planet gears.

RZR REVERSE BOX DRIVE TO STREET BIKE MOTORNO 4X4 2WD ONLY

This reverse box is to allow you to install a street bike motor to a Polaris RZR 1000 or 900 side x side

This box is machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminum.

The shafts are machined from 4043 and are heat treated

you can take the original 28 spline axles from the RZR 1000 or 900 and plug them into this box.

Apparently the stock cvs have about 45 degrees of angle travel and the 9-30 cv has only 26 degrees.

With this reverse box you will not lose 5" of travel by using 9-30 cvs

The drive to the motor is about 7" higher than the out drives and keep the chain to the motor level.

The box has 8 mount points designed to allow the box to hinge on the bottom and allow you to put adjustable links on the top

With this setup you don’t need a chain tensioner.

This box allows the street bike motor and this reverse drive to fit between the stock RZR sway bar and the rear suspension links.

There is 35% gear reduction inside the box
The forward reverse gears are from Lenco and are capable of handling 3500 horse power.
The Lenco gears are primarily used in alcohol funny cars and dragsters.
