    This is my new personal dual sport buggy featuring a 3D aluminum body.
    I have spent a lot of hours on the English wheel and tig welding the panels together.
    Note the panel is one long piece.

    The windshield frame is done, Take note that the bottom flange is curved and the window lip is bead rolled and not welded as most of them are. I made some custom bead roller dies to do that.

    Yes they will be inside the body. The great part of that is I will save about $1500 between chroming and anodizing of the shocks
