I need some advice on the limit straps I am going to mount.
Typically I have seen the adjustable mount for the strap on the top and just a tab for the bottom on the trailing arm but I would like to swap that around and out the adjustable mount on the trailing arm and the tab on the frame.
The strap would be parallel to the shock.
Does it really make a difference?
TIA,
JJ

When I said parallel to the shock I meant at the same angle.

While the differance in weight between the two ends IS small they claim that loosing one pound off the moving suspension is like loosing ten pounds off the chassis.
Unsprung weight vs sprung weight and all.Now that NOBAMA has PROVEN he is the absolute WORST president in the history of history Jimmy Carter can thank him for stealing the dunce crown.
Lets hope the next guy repeals NObama care along with the rest of the stupid crap this blight on our windshield has done.
