Hi. I was thinking of making my own front hubs to accommodate front brake discs. Firstly laser cut a flange (3/8" thick?) with the 2 patterns, one for the wheels and one for attaching the brake disc (also being laser cut). Press fit wheel studs in the one pattern and tap the other. Find some spacers to have distance between the brake disc and the flange. Then press fit 2 bearings in a 2 1/2 inch long tube. Then fully weld the tube with the flange. Have anyone tried this before? or have some pics. Thanks

As for stub axle, i was thinking for 1" thick bolt with safety nuts

The picture shows the flanges and front rotors

There is another thread here recently about this.

    I'll try to find it.
