    Recommendations for CV's????
    #1
    Exclamation
I have stock vw cv's that I used for mock up. They need to be replaced and right now I am cycling just under 12 inches of travel, I was wondering what you guys recommend for new ones and where to get them cheap. Which would be good to get more travel?

    Thanks for your help!!!

If your flanges are already type 2, I think type 4 are the only ones that will mount up and provide more travel.

I believe they are type 1, I am not positive though.

Pic of rear drive, I couldn't find one of your setup. Measure the cv's and post up.

Everything that could be done wrong on those arms has been done. Are they just for mock up?

No they are not for mock up. Why what is wrong with them? They cycle perfectly with no binding anywhere.

Cv's will prob be fine. What MC is calling a possible failure, are the trailing arms. You may not be done, but post up some pics from side straight in and from rear. Some additional bracing is need. On frame too, where outside arm is mounted. What is the wheel hub from?
