Build looks great!! Is there any concern with flex on the upper A-Arm mounts? I do not see where they are tied into the main chassis to reduce flex under load or heavy cornering.

The A-arms mount are denominational to spec of the plans. However the material is called for was only .188 A36...I ended up using .25 4130 and adding extra gussets on the inside. = It definitely did the trick on making it solid, but next time i will change it up and go straight to the chassis...just easier that way.

.25 wall for the arms? Holy crap! The .188 would more than suffice.
You’ll never have issues bending one... But if you do have a crash you’re gonna end up tearing up the frame instead of the arm.
It’s better to build suspension components (or their mounting points) to be the sacrificial item.

The arm mounts are .250... not the arms :-). If you look at the upper A-Arm mounts, I was asking if they might incur flex since they weren't mounted to the chassis and just looked to be 2 sets of "ears" supporting the upper arms.
