    Why not just try some of the aluminum screen they use for house windows and sliding screen doors? You could make a frame from the DIY frame kits and then drop it into your own frame after that for a more rigid frame if needed....

    The configuration that Kustomfab mentions does work, I have had to use them during certain times of the year, mostly spring when things are blooming. The smaller openings will "load up" farly quickly but a $3 bench brush from HF works great to clean and only takes a couple swipes. note: screen must be metal due to temps it will see.

    Could you post a pic looking straight on from rear & side?

    Could you clarify...
    • There is an electric fan pulling air from the front (engine area) through the rad?
    • The rad is loading up on the engine compartment side?

    Heres the best picture ive got. Electric fan in the very rear pulling air from the engine area, yes it is loading up on the engine side, when i removed the radiator to clean it the other day just sitting it down to remove the fan shroud left a pile of debris
