So i got caught up swapping an engine in a mazdaspeed 6 that i kind of accidentally bought. But the buggy is back in the middle of the garage. I'm going to be measuring for coil overs soon and i have a few questions.

Do you guys set them up so the shock is fully collapsed at full bump?
I believe I've seen where someone said full bump should keep the frame 4 inches off the ground is that right?
At ride height where should the shock be in its travel?

I'll research this as well just figured I'd throw the questions out there

Full bump - yes, fully collapsed shock.
Full bump - yes, about 4" of ground clearance with the shocks fully compressed while sitting on its tires. Sidewalls, especially if UTV style tires will compress 4" on a major hit.
Ride height is generally somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 the way into travel - spring rates will make this happen.

Perfect thanks, I'm just trying to figure out what length will work best for me.
Im also trying to figure out what ride height should be for this buggy, any input is appreciated it's sitting at 14 inches right now on jackstands
