    Thottle pedal cable attachment

    Hey guys and gals,
I'm trying to attach my throttle cable to my ST4 designed foot pedal. I cant really think of a good way to safely attach the cable and still get enough stroke for WOT. I also dont like how high up the pedal is in relation to the frame. It makes it such that the cable will have to run higher and then its kinda in the way of my foot/leg. So I'm thinking to attach on some bar or extra piece that extends down towards the floor board so that I can attach my cable to it and keep it better protected.

    Thoughts? Pictures of your setup?

    thank you

The higher up on the pedal, away from the pivot point of the pedal, the more cable pull you'll have and the more throttle control you'll have.

Do you happen to have any pix of what you're talking about?

Edit - oops, I'm thinking backwards. Lower down gives more pedal throw relative to throttle pull.

    Sorry about that.
