Ok thanks for the Protodie idea... I am not anywhere near the rear of the buggy yet. I will probobly buy the whole rear setup and not have to deal with it. What I ended up doing for the time being is exactly what you said. A number of tack welds to "hold" it in position. I then re-dialed it and where the mount needed to be moved I took a dull cold chisle and smacked that weld to re-align. It is down to .005. I am going to make braces to prevent movement. I will bolt it to the rotor and tack it to the hub then weld under the brace. If it works great, if not, I will try something else.

Just wanted to upload a few picks of my latest progress. Exhaust is all done. Took two OEM headers and cut them up to fabricate what I needed. Let me know what you think.

Slick!! Exhaust looks close to fnr, wrap it or a heat shield to keep from cooking the grease and bearing.

    Ya good call.
I am thinking of getting it ceramic coated, since I think that looks better than wrap, and wont have to worry about the wrap getting wet and muddy...

Quick update on the project, just got all parts back from powder coat and starting to reassemble everything.

I have always liked the looks of the ST-4, and you did a fine job on your build!
