Hello, I decided to show my project. I call it almost ST4. Because lengthened and widened front, more legroom. Reinforced frame. And I use a car engine Volvo B4194T2. Later I'll tell you more: D

I started to produce the front suspension, but already I see mistakes.

A little update. Rear swing arms is temporary, it will be reworked. And the front fork segment. The width of the appearance of almost 2000mm.Now there is a problem with axle, thinking to leave the original cv joint, but need to lengthen the original axle. But I think the lengthening original axle seem unreliable.Maybe offer how to solve this problem? The engine with small improvements will have about 320-350NM and 170-180KW

You're going to have to outdo the Aussies - they're joining daily.

If the axle is a common spline, you might be able to find some in the US, unless that makes them too expensive.

There have been some good threads on how to lengthen axles, so try searching in the drive train section of the site.
