Welcome to the green side!LOL If ya mod the exhaust, and 99% time ya do, I got engineer at Bazzaz to program their fuel inj control and wideband o2 for her. Really smoothes out the throttle. Several other mods to help performance. I'm doing a turbo now, on e85. Should be fun.

    UPDATE

    Seat and harness installed.
    Steering system complete
    Front suspension complete
    Front brakes installed.
My engine is partly mounted, and it starts up and runs nicely.

I'm about to start work on the pedal assembly and shifter. The engine doesn't have a hydraulic clutch, so it will be pretty simple to fab up pedals. I was originally going to use push-pull cable to connect the clutch pedal to the engine, but I think it will be cheaper to make a mechanical linkage out of 1/2'' tubing. I will probably do the same with the shifter and throttle.

Zx12 didn't come with an airbox, so I will have to custom fab that somehow.

I just ordered all my dashboard switches. (all waterproof so I can hose down the cockpit after a muddy ride)

Next I have to lengthen the chassis by about 4 inches because I didn't want the engine to be above the rear axle, so the rear axle has to be pushed back.

Unfortunately my drill press motor bit the dust so work is at a standstill until I sort that out.

    K & n e-2900. 75 nissan 260

This is what I found. Made upper and lower plates from alum. Drilled for intake boots. There are a few that sell the setup. I may sell mine since I’m doing turbo, not sure how I’m going to build plenum
