Threw the phone away, locked myself in the shed and started to put my buggy components together.
Very happy with the way all the lower box section frame went together, ended up very accurate.
Not quite as happy with the pipework though, not as accurate as I would like. Not all the bends are equal, the upper roll cage looks a little out of place, looks like Ive already rolled it....
Hope the roll cage will allow for a little inaccuracy?? +/- 8mm???
Be a little while before I can get back to it, looking for tricks to make accurate looking roll cage. Cant seem to get all bends in correct locations or pipes parallell. Hope I can make adjustments while fixing to lower box framework.
Forgot to take photos, Ill try later.Forgiveness is easier to get than permission.

Id like to start thinking and looking for an engine to use in the buggy frame I'm building.
I've read a lot of other engine threads stating that bigger is better, using this theory, Id like to hear from other members, how big was the biggest engine to fit into a unmodified Badlands Sabretooth NG frame? Its been suggested I look at either the GSXR or ZX models, interested to hear from those with experience...Forgiveness is easier to get than permission.

It's good to see another badlands ST2
It might inspire me to get back at mine
Some body had warned me of a lack of headroom in this model also I thought the frame far to long for my open fields so I shortened it and I didn't like the box section lower frame so I went with all tube
Engine I have is gsxr750 but bigger is usually better
Pics of my frame so far

Ive had some time to work a little more on my buggy.
I have to share a workshop, it easier to work on the buggy when everyone else is away. I remembered to take a photo this time. I'm just not sure how to display them..

Thanks for your photos Nivek4209, I haven't been able to get onto minibuggy as often as I would like.
I had to time the use of the workshop to fit in with others, now that the larger stuff has been tacked together, Im hoping I can make and leave the smaller stuff set-up on the workbench without effecting my workmates.

The blue bench is the one I built after asking other MiniBuggy members for their ideas.
If I built another one, I would ensure it fitted on forklift forks.
I can move the whole bench with a forklift but the forks only just fit.Forgiveness is easier to get than permission.
