    Paines SS 1000 build

Hey there guys, new to mini buggy. I've built three rails in my day bit none with a street bike motor. So far so awesome and great parts from Protodie. Was building my own frame and going good. Had to have two shoulder surgeries and haven't worked on this for 2 years. Some changes in laws and race tracks in the past have me scrapping the frame and having Jody kick start the project. So new frame in a few weeks and game on. Thanks Jody... Had no problems settling the frame as it had some protodie and my own touches to it. I'll post some old frame pics and some other stuff I've been working on to get ready for the frame.

Thats Before and after on the wheels, they started peeling and getting nasty after sitting for a few years.

Wow that looks great. I thought this particular protodie frame used all round tubing. I see some square tubing on the bottom and on the hoop. Is that one of the changes you made?

Yeah to be honest when I started I had not heard of protodie's buggy. Was building an St4 buggy I believe. Looked cool but not like the ss1000. So I changed gears when I had to have shoulder surgery. Designed the new buggy around the square tubing with all protodie parts. Had three months to draw and mess with the look. Turned out really good just won't be able to make street legal like I want. The tube had to be all round tube, not square. So the new frame is being built now through protodie.
