    The rust is a concern but that is the way I got it and it appears to be mostly surface rust nothing penatrating. was able to wire wheel it off fairly easy so I think I am going to get it blasted then see where I am at.
    I should do that now before spending anymore time on the frame.

    spray it down with WD40. Keep any more from happening.

    Just got one of the trailing arms sandblasted to make sure the rust is not a problem, all looks good. Also had my friend come over to inslect the frame which is just surface rust,yeehaw.

    Powder coat, needed to see how it was going to look.
    Low risk of any additional welds on this piece.

    PC guy was sure impressed by the welds, hmmm who did those, LOL
