Triple EEE

I picked up this EEE from a guy in Yuma, he purchased from someone called Rambo years ago (07). was told it was featured in a magazine article from an off road show that was down in San Diego at or around late 90's early 2000's. Does this look familiar to anyone? couldn't find anything online with a picture search etc. I was given some extra parts and I'm just trying to figure out how they attach as they weren't complete. It is titled as a 98 EEE, I figure the paint job may jog some ones memory. Polaris 600 twin 2 stroke.
