I built this buggy a number of years ago and documented the build on here (in the early days of minibuggy.net). The old buggy has gotten a lot of use and still runs strong. It is a blast to drive. I haven't posted much lately so here is a clip of my brother in law trying it out over in Spokane a couple of weeks ago. I always loved seeing people's video clips on here.

Thanks guys! I still have both of the buggies that I built and we have had tons of fun with them over the last 8 or 10 years. I am really glad I built them. Now that my son is grown up and moved out I need to sell build number 1 sometime soon though to make room for other projects... My father in law passed away and left behind 93 old cars and a school bus. So lots of projects to do on the 40's, 50's and 60's old iron. I will get an ad up on MBN sometime soon. It is fun to read through other posts about builds here. Lots of neat stuff going on still...

Good to hear from you! Any word on the Bonneville stuff?
Proud owner of a two seat pucker-mobile. Funco inspired mini buggy powered by a Busa. Giving out free rides to anyone brave enough.

The movie (Out of Nothing) has been running on ESPN. Speed week is in just a couple of weeks. The twin Ducati will be running there. The motorcycle only event is at the end of Aug/early Sept. We will be running several bikes at that event. It is going to be a great year and I think we will put several more records in the book. Here is a quick shot of burning the contact patch in on the new rear tire on the twin. Mark shattered the record last time out at a little over 194 mph (record was 150 and change) but this year we plan to break 200 with it.
