    My First EEE Stadium Lite

Hey gang, new to the forum and the sport of mini buggies! Just picked up a EEE stadium lite and couldn’t be more excited. It has a pretty tricked out engine and bored to around a 475cc… with an FL350 bottom end out of the odyssey. If anyone knows anything more about these, please let me know! I’m pretty new to this world and definitely looking forward to taking her out to Ocotillio next weekend to see what she can do! I also have a set of paddle tires on bead lock wheels so shes ready for Glamis! I live down here in San Diego.

Has FOX podium shocks all around and overall in pretty good shape. Doesn’t need too much, but i have a nice list going. Ordered new CV axels, usually first thing to break on these right? Got a new spark plug, new battery, cleaned air filter, fuel lines, coolant, and going to run 40:1 on 91 octane.

Can’t wait to see how she does. Going to post up some video and more photos when I can. Thanks friends!

    Nice!
Would love to see some video of how well that front single arm suspension works.
Does it have hard handling with the amount of Camber change it gets? Do you happen to know what the travel numbers are up front?

Sorry, I base alot of how well a buggy does by how much travel it has. Doesn't necessarily mean it does well with more Travel, but it sure does help through the whoops!

mini929honda - Awesome! Is this Victor then? Or did you sell it to a guy named Victor? Or Brian? Haha trying to track down its history, been a good hunt!

The hour meter on there works and is at 34 hrs, so I'm guessing this was from when you did the engine rebuild? The fox shocks on it now are bad ass! Should be taking it out this weekend to see what she can do!

If you or anyone could help me identity some of the parts on this thing, that would be amazing! I'm looking to get a couple extra belts, some new brake pads for the rear, but no idea what size they are! Here are some pics. I got some part numbers but thats not really helping?

I figured since it only has 1 rear brake, it would be nice to get some new pads to help it STOP!

How about the CV's in the rear? Rumor has it they are out of a VW Rabbit? I am going to take one to O'Rileys tom and see if we can match them up. The CV on the left hand side has a torn boot, and needs to be replaced. Going to do both while I'm at it. Think they are the same size axels on each side, but hard to tell.

Thanks guys, really stoked to be here on the mini buggy forum! I've always wanted a go-kart when i was growing up, and figured this was a good way to get into the off-road mini buggy game.

I'll keep you posted on the suspension up front. It seems like it has a lot of travel, but again won't know until we try it out!

We just got done with Jet Ski season, where my buddies and I certainly put our machines through the test! Here are a couple videos if you are interested!

I will be posting video of the buggy as soon as I get to ride it! This weekend we are planning on heading out Saturday, so crunch time to put her back together again!

Here is how she looks as of 10 minutes ago. So excited to put her back together with some new parts and keep her reliable! Thanks guys!

PS: Hope its ok to use IMGUR to upload photos? i figured since we are dealing with detailed shots, part numbers, etc, it would be better to use this rather than the 800x800px restrictions the blog has.

    CHEERS!

the rear cv/axle combo should be from a vw golf, and if I remember correctly its the driver side.

This is about the size of the my next projects I want to build. Would like to get it to fit in the back of a Full size truck bed.

Do you have any Travel Numbers for the rear? I've had Golf Axles on my Potential axle list for some time, curious on how well they do with Travel numbers.

Im liking the simplicity of the front Single Arms. Figuring it probably pulls about 10 Inches of travel. with that minimal travel, the camber change shouldn't be that drastic. Built Rangers probably get more Camber change then what yours is getting.
Would love to see the cycle from the front if you ever get the Coilover springs off.

Do you have any numbers on the wheels base and Track width?
