The clouds parted, the choir sang, and all was well. THE BRIGGS IS FIXED! It turns out that the screws that K fab added to the back of the driven clutch for the speedo pick up are quite important. I changed out the driven when a buddy kept pushing as the drive belt came apart, and broke the original driven. After clearing the codes and no joy, I went back to the interwebs and started reading. A thread where the Phazer snowmobile woundn't rev out because the gear that drives the speedo pick up fell off, interrupting the signal, got me thinking. Maybe the wires fell off the sensor mounted on top of the RPM trans. Nope, they looked good, then the light bulb came on. A little drilling, tapping and screwing, and I'm ripping again. Thanks to all who helped me work my way through this!

    Awesome!

When you mentioned reverse circuit i thought about the speed sensor, but it didn't register enough to say something! lol!

I think K had the same problem when he did the first conversion?

And I am not only glad to hear she’s up and running again but I bet I would have been going nuts wondering why my Nytro engine was not working! Note to self: Incude speedo circuit in the Mini-Raptor.

    Congrats!

Sorry I was away for Canada Day celebrations eh.
My setup is completely stock phazer, its the entire snowmobile from bulkhead to bulkhead just dropped onto my frame, so that RPM sensor is mounted in my stock location with the stock gear. I can take some pics and show you if you like but it looks like you got it all sorted.
