Well here's my contribution to the DIY market...
    http://www.jgsfab.com/JGSMB_FRM_complete.dwg

Based around the 105 dies, bends 90s in one stroke.
    Materials-
    1) 12ft 6x1/2 steel flat bar for the side plates. I'd recommend some 3.5x1/2 for joining the main frame together too.
    1)HF 8ton air pumper jack,
    1" x 5" main pin,
    5/8 grade 8 bolts & nuts (1-5", 1-4")
    6" of 1"x3/16 wall tubing
    and 105 dies.

So how much money do you think (if some one was to build one) would cost.
Awesome deal to help others. Way cool.

Tough question to answer chickin. All depends on how resourceful you are and whether you have the equipment to cut the plate or if you need someone else to cut it.

The dies would be the cha ching part, Plasma cutter and a drill press the rest is easy.

75-80 for the jack unless you can score one with one of those Harbor Freight coupons.
Not sure on the steel, hot roll would be cheaper but tough to drill.
I'd guess minus the dies you'd have ~300 in it (maybe less) which normally only buys a manual frame like the PT105. The air pumper and one shot 90s would be the benefits... maybe even the fact that you can piece it together.
The dies daasboots sells would fit as well. Expect 200-300ish for the protools dies.
