Good question, they used to be posted on the Briggs racing site but I just looked there and can not find them anymore. Maybe just send an email to Briggs, I'm sure they would send you a copy.

I contacted Briggs and stratton and recieved this response;
"Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we are restricted as to the information we can provide you:
SAE Collegiate Design Series: Baja SAE
This is so as not to provide a competitive advantage to any one group for SAE Mini Baja. All info on this engine can be found:
http://www.briggsracing.com/racing_engines/model20/ "
If these curves were once posted on the website our school is at a competitive disadvantage for entering the competition after they were removed.
I also called customer service and was told that the curves were removed for a reason that could not be disclosed to me...

Hmm, well that's interesting. Not sure why they won't share them anymore. Technically, the current engine is slightly different than the old ones so the curves may not be identical, but still should be fairly close. Now I wish I had saved them.
This is what I can tell you from memory. Horsepower is fairly linear and increases with RPM right off the chart, past the governed RPM of the engine. So peak HP is at 3800 rpm. Torque peaks around 2600 RPM if I remember correctly, and drops off gradually after that.

That sounds like a load of bull to me as well. . .if the values are posted on the website then they are equal access to all and if you don't have them it's because you didn't take the time to find them out. . .
. . .unlike now where those of us who are new to the series are at a disadvantage against those that have been doing this for a while. . .
If anyone saved this info please feel free to pass it on!!!
