So Rorty is still holding on to his DXF files.

Rorty is probably talking about Kludge in Oregon, and yes he's probably calling it the parts place.I'm talking talking about getting the DXF files and going directly to the laser store,GK machine, which is also in oregon.(which is what Kludge is doing)

Did Rorty tell you excactly how to get in touch with Kludge?

If you are out here in California you can't go wrong with the R11. I also bought those plans and they are top notch. The parts I got from Kludge were top notch that is for sure. It took a little while but he got them all to me. Make sure you can get a hold of him before you buy plans.

I haven't gotten that far yet. But, I may email him regarding this information.

Yeah..I'm out here in California. I'm in Downey, CA to be exact. I was hoping to go to the MORE Freedom 200 next month.

The R11 is a really nice looking buggy and I was considering it, but it's pretty big. I wonder if anyone here has built one. I'd like to see it.

I held off from buying the plans as of yet. I sort of got spooked with the whole Kludge thing.

I do have a set of the Panther Kart plans sitting on my desk. Not exactly near the same thing, but figured it's only 50 bucks so why not?

Downey Off-Road? Yeah, they went out of business. I don't know much about them though since I don't own a Toyota. My Ranger has Camburg Suspension on it.
