Great to see a finished R21!
I have the R21 front suspension on my buggy and love the way it handles and steers.
Looking forward to seeing some more pics and hopefully some video.

Here are some pics of the RPM mount. I broke the original so I kinda went overkill on this one. The lower bolts are 5/8 and the upper heims are 5/8 also. This setup gives me about two inches of adjustment on the cahin. If I break this one I have no idea what I am going to do.

On a side note does anyone know where I can get a 20 tooth Hayabusa sprocket?

Was the original mount built to Rortys specs?

Rorty has the rpm solid mounted to the frame. I wanted to be able to adjust the chain without a idler srocket. The first mount I made was only 1/8 inch steel for the lower and it bent allowing the top to move around and sheared a 3/8 bolt that I used to tension the top. I still have to redo the exhaust this weekend. When the mount broke it put a serious dent in the rear pipe. Should have video on Sunday.

I hear you about the learning experience. Bending tube, notching and preparing it all to be welded is very time consuming. Keep up the good work, though.
