Hi everyone! I have been working on my buggy for a few months and am finally geting around to posting it so you all can see.

I am going with the ecotec/CVT combo and power steering.
This is my first build, and am glad I found Rorty's plans they are great!

Here's a few pics of my build table and progress. Enjoy!

    Nice garage!

The best part of Havasu, besides the ďsand barĒ (For those that donít know it is like daily Mardi Gras on a lake / river) is that most of the homes have honking huge garages. Not uncommon to see a 2500 sf home with an attached 1500 sf garage. It is a RVírs toy junkies nirvana when it comes to housing options with garages / storage, etc.

Looking forward to watching the progress.

Thanks Yummi. We finished the inside a couple of years ago to start our business in it. It is a nice work area, but the floor is taking some abuse with this project.

Yes the garages here are awesome. I have a friend that has around 2500 sq ft of finished, air conditioned garage full of tools and muscle cars. It's increadible.

I got a some work done last weekend. It's looking like a car now instead of a boat.

I made the roof a little lower than the plans. I think it will look better and the smaller window opening should be safer.

How much shorter did you make the roof? I was thinking about that after seeing the other builds.

I lowered it about 5.5 inches. I mounted my seats first to make sure I still have enough headroom.
