I was playing around with my new Gopro Hero 3 and made a video of a quick buggy run in the desert by the house. Some of you will remember this buggy built by "Standfast" a few years back. It has gone through a ton of upgrades recently and is a really sound rig.

Here are some recent pics. Newest upgrades are as follows: Power steering, 31x10.50 General Grabbers, Radflo 2.5 remote res shocks (FOAs would not stop leaking) and new raised upper mounts, race radio added to intercom, and I just gotrid of the Comet 108 4-Pro and mounted a Micro Belmont 8.5" 4 arm Pimary clutch but dont have pics of that yet. Solved the belt slip issue finally.

I like the paint job. I have since heard a lot of leaking issues with those FOA shocks. I bought them for that car when FOA just got started. How do you like the Radflows? Cool to see that the car somehow made it back to NM.

Sweet. Do you have some kinda limited slip rear differential to be able to drive it on the road?

Standfast, The Radflos are great, valving is stiffer but better for the occasional race. I paid just under 2k for the set of four radflos but the bodies are longer than the FOAs at the same stroke. I had to raise the upper shock mounts a bit. I was able to sell the FOAs on Ebay for 1/2 of new price, not bad. I must recommend the Superatv Power Steering, it absolutely cured all the feedback woes that this rig had and you can drive with your pinky. I paid @$600 for it on their website. I just adapted the brackets that came with the kit to mount to the frame of the buggy.
