    Hi -

I have a 2007 RR the gear or sprocket between the transmission and the gearbox went bad the spines stripped our. Anyone have an idea where I can get one. This is not a Polaris part it looks custom for RR any thoughts.

That’s an odd looking piece. It actually makes me think of an item called a Taper-lock. My supercharger has them on the pulleys. They have a tapered collar that is drawn into the outer housing, clamping the collar down on the shaft as it’s pulled in.
Here, this is the unit (this site is not in the US but gives you an idea how it works). Search a bit more and you may find what you’re after: https://www.c-rproducts.com/products...lock-bushings/

    Ooohhhhh! McMaster has them:

Yes it is odd for sure. There is a part number on it is Martin 5016 but the original stock Martin 5016 part has a key way where my RR pat is has a spline in the middle of the sprocket/gear. Any thoughts?

How are the spline's on the output shaft? Can you take a pic of the output? If they are ok then an engineering shop can reverse build the center spline section. Last resorts deal but an option if the output shaft is good.
