Rear suspension coming together....

Fitted with a 52T sprocket. Skid shown here will clear up to 60T.

Axle shafts are 18.75" 28-spline.

Assembled axles with salvage OEM F-150 outers. 930 CVs are generic Mahle pieces but running .873" balls.

Yeah, still looking good. Your picture reminds me that I still need to install an anti-sway bar on the back of my buggy.

(sigh). I guess I better add that to the to-do list in the shop. Man, that list is getting long!

Radiator overflow bottle is from a Suzuki DRZ400.

Interior view. Using same battery spec from the Ninja 650.
Hand shifter. Rod was up-sized to 5/8" od tube to get rid of flex.
Cable routing. Ball valve is for a rear parking brake.
