    Very nice! No extra room anywhere but it fits. Great stuff.

    Ps glad to see the safety equipment. Very wise.

    Some people walk around there workshop in thongs.

    Please keep the updates coming... what are your plans for routing the exhaust and keeping the heat down in that tight of a space?

    I sure hope you mean flip flops (a man in a thong in the garage is just a bad visual )

    I had to correct TALON on this more than once.
    Then again, he couldn’t get the person behind the counter to sell him a bag of ice due to mispronunciation…

    Don't worry i will update this post to the end

    Exhaust will be custom in stainless steel. Maybe wrap with exhaust insulation, i don't know yet.



    After take in and take out the engine lot of times, i made removable mounts (exept bottom mount) to take out engine later if i need it.




    Using grinder to make tube notcher. It match very well




    Last check before fixing the motor in final position




    Left mount : top part like this to stop lateral movement




    Laser from my house renovation to align mount




    Engine mount above gearbox axle then clutch carter




    The welds are obviously not final, a pro welder will come and do this with TIG

    A good looking shoe horn fit job LOL I can relate to stuffing 100lbs into a 50lb sack as I did the same with mine
    The question is not if its gona roll. Its when ..

    That be some kind of church cruzzer or commuter bike thingy ?
