Yerf Dog & Polaris Sitting In A Tree - K-I-S-S-I-N-?

    Hey Guys...

Took a basket case Yerf Dog 3203 in partial trade a few months ago on a Bombardier atv restoration, I liked the people. Was about to scrap a 2000 Polaris 250 Trailblazer ATV that had been mostly parted, and decided to do a little project.

It might be a thing soon

It’s getting a much taller cage and bucket seats on risers. Honestly you can see over the entire front now about like a rzr, it really isn’t bad. Of course we are in the mock stage and things will change.

Interesting project. Keep the pix coming - it’s a visual group around here.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm a long time hot rodder, drag racer, and off roader. I also do a lot of vintage 2 stroke restorations and big bore RZR installs locally in my spare time. I'll post more pics later today so you can start to see the vision. I had originally started to do a 2008 GSXR 600 install on the Polaris, but ended parting out the bike because the $ was too good to pass up I still have the engine, but not going that route.

Rear mocked in place. Depending on the power plant, I will probably jackshaft the pivot point and suspend the engine above the mono. Definitely going to space the wheels out at least 2" per side.

Lots of welding, real 1.25 roll cage, bucket seats, body work, and power plant to go. Basically the only thing Yerf Dog that will be left is the floor pan and some of the main frame. Give me your thoughts good or bad, I'm going to do what I want anyway Peace Out

Any way to split the front plastics and lower them? Even if some of the suspension sticks through the top, I think it might look better.
