if you increase the gap at the top of the radiators to the firewall,,,,angling the rads back a touch...... then wire your fans to pull from the back.... it will push the air against the firewall and disturb the heat from the headers and run cooler. I had no heating problems in regular dunes, trails, tracks. But when I ran it on an asphalt racetrack my temps were running higher.
so I did some experimenting and these little changes helped a lot. just a longer upper radiator mount
or you can add a bilge fan by the headers to disturb and push out the header heat if needed.

Thanks, I will try that, I don't have much room to do that on the passenger side as the engine is offset to that side and I have already altered the motor mount to allow me to get it to where it is. I do plan on having ducting from the side panels to the radiators to help with air flow as well. On the passenger side I have about a 7/8" gap from the cross bar to the leading edge of the radiator.

Doors are, like windshields, wonderful things to have. That climbing in and out over a side bar gets old.
    DO IT!

Door latches and hinges have been ordered. They say delivery by this weekend... but mail hasn't been very reliable lately regardless of the carrier.

Nice. As the framework looks rather beefy I'm saying go for it. The roof beam will take more than enough. I sometimes look at frames and wonder how soon our weak little human frames will fail long before the buggy frame does. If it's your time.

You will want an AC next.
All dressed up and waiting for the beer to arrive.

AC.... HMmmm.... Not really. The next question is suicide style door opening or conventional?? I haven't cut the mid-rail yet so I can have them swing in the forward position or backwards.

Possibly Lambo, but was thinking more conventional suicide vs. regular. Lambo could work, but I would need to add hinge supports...

The latches just arrived, now I just need the hinges.
