Getting ready to start on the arms next weekend when the rest of my steel comes in. Anyone have some rough dimensions of the stock Proto-Die arms for a reference? I will be building the rear uprights as well using the Proto-Die rear wheel kits, but do not have the rear upright dimensions. I AM NOT LOOKING TO START MY OWN BUSINESS, just want to get this build done and have some fun.

At the big end off the a arm the bungs are 13-11/16 center to center.
At the small end of the a arm 3-3/4" center to center of the heims.
The cross bar is at 12-1/2" from the face off the small end (measured at 90* from the small end not along the tube)
From the face of the small end to the tips off the bungs at the big end 14-3/4"
(measured at 90* from the small end not along the tube)

The rear tube is bend at different angle then the rear one I will figure a way to get some accurate measurement and get back to you on that.

Tubes are 1" od not sure about the thickness

Hope it make sense let me know if you need clarification

Thanks!! I plan on building mine out of 1.25" .120 wall DOM material. This will help me get things started. These look to be the rear arms correct?

Designing the layout for the rear wheel uprights for the buggy. My CAD (TurboCAD Pro for Mac) skills arenít ready yet, but my Cardboard Aided Design skills are still on point 😁.
