Brakes have arrived. After reading so many clearance issues stories, I began to doubt my measurements, LOL. I have LOTs of clearance. Bare rotors and calipers. Caliper clearance on wheels: Rotor Clearance: Overall View:

Ok... Why does my text keep getting skewed to the right??? It doesn't seem to matter how I format or use spacing, my commentary for the pictures is always off....

Would you mind posting manufacturers part numbers and where you bought these from? Possibly what you paid?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Bolt-on-Sup...AAOSw2XJbjgnrI specified the ball joint front end. They do have a combo spindle as well available but sometimes there are bearing conflicts and I just didn't want to deal with it.https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-A-arm-spi...SwJrpdQR07This is the weld together spindle kit. I have used it on several buggy builds over the years with great success.

My A-Arms will be out of 1 1/4 DOM material and the fronts will have 3/4" Rod ends (12 total) at all ends with the high misalignment spacers to use a 1/2" bolt. Since the rear cage is already welded by ProtoDie i will use 3/4" (8 total) rod ends at the wheel side of things and 5/8-18 threaded rod ends with a 1/2 hole on the cage side (8 total)...By Chance does anyone have the dimensions (drawings) for the RPM mounting brackets that were supplied by ProtoDie and the spacer spacing?? Since Jodie has moved on in his career, his business is for sale so he has turned off all orders on his site.

Also there's only 2 holes on the plate to hold the steering rack you should drill a couple more & use the threaded holes of the steering rack.
this way you have 4 bolts to hold it in place.

OK so I know how everyone is about pictures on the build pages (I am the same way). Had some time this afternoon to work in the shop since the thunderstorms rolled in. Here are some pic's of the first spindle getting prepped and welded up. My Dynasty never lets me down!! It's probably been over a year since I have had a chance to sit down behind the TIG torch. I still need to get a smaller torch as the #17 is just way to large for tight spaces.

Beautiful welds! I love the steel prep as well. A HUGE step in proper welding.
