Just realized that I had not updated my page on this site in a while. I managed to get the driver's side mostly completed, still needs fit an finish work and I'm not sure of if I like the tie into the fender area or not up front. I ordered my Kirkey seats and made my own floor pans with the bead roller. Some time was also spent making sure I had full fender clearance when at full bump and I gathered some other measurements since I had the springs off for full droop. I have moved onto the passenger side now, more to come on that as I navigate getting the house ready to sell and free time for the buggy.

That is some pretty great sheet metal work, I love how it flows with the kawi bedsides. I've just started making sheet metal body panels for my buggy, so thanks for the inspiration!

For those that have been following along and commented along the way, thank you! Today the buggy has been loaded into its temporary home for the next several months... we will be moving across country and I am dedicating the rest of my time to getting the house prepared to sell. The space in my shop is needed for packing/storage etc... We are looking forward to sunny days and warmer weather in AZ in the near future.

Did you already post your house for sale? I got a buddy in your area looking for a new place out of the city with a garage

once you move to AZ you'll need to get that setup with Paddle tires and head out to Glamis, it's a whole different world in the sand

I am originally from Temecula, I know Glamis all too well!!! Thanks for looking out though. This was my first beam car I built back in 2009-2010...
