We started building this buggy back in 2013. It was originally supposed to be an st4 with megalodon suspension but since a lot have changed. I had started a thread in the badland badland buggy forum but all the picture disapeared and since it is not reaaly a badland anymore i wanted to stard a new thread. The front suspension is the megalodon suspension and the rear is our own design. 20 inch of travel font and rear.

    Engine: kawasaki zx11
    Reverse: modified mxz 1200 chaincase

the chaincase normally have only an input shaft and an output shaft so we had to drill a hole the other side then had a bearing and a seal and a bearing holder. It is bolted on because the chaincase is made of magnesium so we can't weld it.The plate on each side are there to prevent the chaincase to bend in half.

The other side use the original bearing and seal.

The cv are welded to the original shaft of the chaincase. The cv are from chevrolet cavalier also modified so that we use the part of the cv that goes to the wheel since it has can bend more tha the side that normaly goes in the trans.

using that setup we get the pivot at 6 1/2 inch.

    modified hub

I recognize that engine. Do yourself a favor and be on the lookout for a bypass oil pan. I also have a pretty nice header that you might like that wraps around on the right side rather than under. Might be able to hook you up with some other parts too.
All you got to do is remember 2 thing, Mentum and Mo-Mentum.
