For years I’ve been asking for donut and drifting video, on this forum, and the other now defunct buggy forum. I’ve not seen one. Am I the only one who loves to drift around corners and do donuts in a buggy?

I would settle for some big air too..lol

So the test run. I went about 2kms all up. No fluid leaks or parts failures. No death. Whatever next!

The steering is heavy but seems stable and direct. The front suspension is to rigid but I can adjust that.
The clutch worked as it should so that's a win. By win I mean a huge waste of time that was only successful because it had to be pulled out disassembled and put back together again just so it could do the job it was made to do.

So that leaves the fly in the soup. The steaming turd on your door mat. The sand in your vag. The motor! For some reason only the bottom injectors fired. If you added more than 20% throttle or tryed to rev it, nothing. It just fell on its face. I figure it's a limp mode or something? I'm yet to go code hunting but something is wrong. Thoughts?

I guess I should be happy it didn't catch on fire. It was annoying though.

So more updates as they come.

You did two or three test runs before un commanded oxidation. I've still got time.

I’m a little confused about your “bottom injectors” comment? IIRC, some GSXR’s have secondary butterflies, but not secondary injectors?

Forgive me if I’m wrong, it’s been years since I’ve owned or worked on a GSXR.

The symptoms you’ve described sound a lot like a bad fuel pump, or the fuel sock thingy in the tank being clogged. You ended up modifying the fuel system didn’t you? Again, forgive my terrible memory.lol

2005/6 models came with 8 injectors and 2 sets of butterflys.
