Thanks Josh.
I know something is going to fail being a new rig but I'm super keen to find out.
7 years building makes the hope that it will put a smile on my face all the more motivation to finishing it.
I love mini buggys. I will not let you guys down.![]()

Update time.
Work has been majorly cramping my progress. So inconsiderate. Lol
First the less good news. I could not take the sump off without pulling the motor out (not happening unless I have 0.00 options left) but with the headers off I could force some heat\oil safe silicon into the crack. I let it dry for a few days and thus far it is holding oil and showing no hint of failure.
That battery is now mounted, wired up with all the wiring in its place ready for wrapping once I confirm all is well with the soon proceeding test run.
I also got some 5x100mm to 4x114.3mm adapters so I can run the same wheel tyre package front and rear.
So next update should be from the drivers seat all going well.
Ps with the sites impending doom odds are no one is around to read this but if you are post up so I know to post again. All dressed up and waiting for the beer to arrive.

I’m still here
Forgive my bad memory, but when you say “sump” do you mean oil pan? I’ve had great luck with Jb weld on cracked stator and clutch covers.

Don’t think I would trust rtv on a cracked oil pan.

It's a small crack. If it fails it will just start dripping again.
I just want a test run completed before lights out around here. All dressed up and waiting for the beer to arrive.

So test run is planned for the 23rd to fit in with my only day off from here or new years eve if problems arise.
Cutting it fine. Gave it a full 1hr run today. Sump/oil pan is good.
I'd love a forum extension but with keep pushing just in case.
Seems like it's just you and me Liduno but rooster tails or bust! All dressed up and waiting for the beer to arrive.
