Glad you found it! I don't go out of my way to promote my page, the only reason I created it was a quick reference to all of my project stuff! Turns out it has been pretty convenient. That level of performance on the quad would be what I'd expect for the mini baja build... as I mentioned earlier it is a couple projects deep now as I'm trying to get the dirt bike finished up for an indoor endurocross race January 25th.

I haven't forgotten about this forum, just been busy with other projects! I recently completed an electric Harley golf cart build, can be seen on my facebook "SSE Sires Systems Engineering" page. It serves as a proof of concept for the power system that I would use in an electric mini buggy. Since I don't run my mini baja enough with the predator 13hp engine I am considering simply converting that machine to electric. There is a video of the golf cart smoking the rear tires on pavement, horsepower is around 35 peak and 20 continuous.

I also completed my YZ450 Electric build, I am currently working on a gearbox design for that to double the torque to the rear wheel, here is a picture of the finished product!C82I3877.jpg

Howdy dain! Good to see you back.

As much as I hate to mention it, are you on Facebook?

There’s a minibuggy.net group there. There are a couple of guys building/doing electric vehicles.

    Might wanna share there.
