    I'm curios why they quit manufacturing them, it was the only one made in that style.. I got my belt for the lathe ordered so today i played around making the engine mount plate and the spindles, I can see why the spindles are pricey lots if time making up all the little pieces and putting them together. Ran across this picture of the rear suspension, the first one in the list shows a newer style in the JR1 and 2 , gives good articulation but I think you would defiantly have to add a sway bar like in the picture

    Looks like my last link to the rear axle turned into ad only.
    Anyway been looking at a lot of different options for reverse and electric start. Ran across these on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/125CC-SEMI-A...-/201116314996 Looks like it might be an option but I can't find any dimensions to see what it would take to make it fit . Low power but auto clutch, reverse , and electric start would be nice for the little ones. Anyone have any experience with these motors ?

    Sorry about that I missed it
    I will answer here . the steering is a pendulum style that pivots from the top, I cant give you much detail I havn,t got that far yet , project got put on hold for a bit . best bet is look for pictures .
    I have similar on a different buggy I could post a picture of if you want , they were on here till PB took a dump on us
