I'm gonna post some pics of my baja team's buggy on here so everyone can make suggestions of let me know what you think. This is an older frame that we got when starting the club back up, so we are modding it to make it faster, before building the new frame for next year, which were not quite able to afford yet.
One of the members has a polaris 440 sled engine, which we are planning to install soon.

We have extended to frame a bit to accommodate the new engine, and have almost finished putting it back together.
The wheels don't fit, but they are pretty nice as they are carbon fiber beadlocks, but they've got the wrong bolt pattern for our hubs.

Can someone let me know how they get fox 2.0 shocks charged to enough pressure, and how much pressure that should be?

You go to the welding supply store and buy a tank of Nitrogen and a High pressure regulator and shutoff valve.

Add some bracing to your roll cage. The cage may be good enough for 10 hp but not the 35 or 40 you get from the sled motor.

The rear end is getting new bracing and strengthening. there is some plans to add a few cross bars to cage, but haven't got the material yet.

Might find those rear arms bend or tweak the frame with the inboard pivots being that close too.

This was just an older car we have to mess around with from 2004 i think. Not trying to spend much money into it now, just trying to have some fun with it this summer.
