    -Width of the bellhousing.
    -Width of the CV outputs.

From my gathering, the width of the engine is around 32.5" and the height from oil pan to top of intake is 22" or so. Do these seem proper-ish?

    Thanks!!

Those seem pretty ballpark if I recall. I should have all those dimensions written in my notes at the house, but I can go down and measure in person if I can't find them (my motor and trans are at a buddy's shop).

Got a little work done this weekend with a few upgrades to the transmission. 4.44 gears and an OBX limited slip diff. You can also see the center diff lockout installed at the bottom of the picture.

Justin, I measured my motor/trans and your width and height were pretty much spot on. The motor is about 16" from the bellhousing to the outside of the front pullies. The transmission is about 30.5" long. From the face of the bellhousing to the center of the output shaft is about 6 3/8". The output shafts are approx 10" wide, and about 12" wide with 930 flanges attached (out to out). The transmission width at its greatest width is 14", but it necks down pretty quickly.

Trying to get re-motivated to get my buggy finished, or at least on the ground running by this fall. Life has once again sucked up all my free time this past year so progress on all my projects has pretty much ground to a halt. Craig's buggy on the other hand (the twin to mine) has had a couple trips out now and he is continuing to refine the bodywork and tweak little things here and there.

I think I posted these pics on the FB group from the spring Little Sahara trip, but forgot that I hadn't posted them here:

Hopefully in the next couple weeks I'll have some time to get work done on mine and some progress to report. :-)
