Funny you ask. Was outside playing with the blade balance about 3-4 minutes ago on one of the fans. It’s spinning better now.

I have another set of aluminium blades cut, ready for forming and have been toying with the idea of making a stainless mold for some carbon blades.

If I do the mold thing it’ll take a month of nightly petal forming.

That would keep them as similar as possible, which I’m discovering makes a difference. Kinda pulls my old RC heli head balancing techniques outta my pea brain.

Looks like the beer has arrived.

Actually got some shop time in yesterday. Made 80 spacers for a snow track system that bolts onto a quad. It’s a Jay project.

My past couple of months have been interesting…
Bought of diverticulitis put me in hospital for two nights awhile back.
Summer heat comes in (no bike riding) & RZR trans eats itself.
Head to Ohio for 5 days second week of July.
Come home with the Rona and share with Robyn.
We have cool temps & rain (ego dirt) and I can’t ride…
Get over Rona, have to go to Nashville two weekends ago for a wedding
Come home with a sinus infection. Arrgghhh.

Yesterday was the first one I’ve had in quite awhile that I’m feeling 95+%.
Bike just got prepped for a Wednesday morning ride. Time to play again!

I’ve had five people in my shop over the past couple of weeks and they’ve all played 20 questions about the MR’s state.
I’ll get back to it soon…. It’s staring at me again.
