You are going to clear coat this beautiful thing as-is, correct? Be a shame to put color on it lol. I know you had to have tested it, (you'd better have!) but why does that lower rear frame tube look like it would be in interference mode with the trailing arm in bump travel?

I keep thinking I should just clear powder the suspension - it does look sweet with the color changes in the metal and such.

There's a pocket in the rear cage that the arm comes up into so it doesn't hit the frame. Lots of things get really close to other things as the suspension cycles but nothing's hitting yet - test runs will shake that out.

3m paint and rust stripping wheels would clean up the tubing around the welded joints and leave a little of the heat bluing. finish the tubing clean up, some swirl work on the panels and a faint touch of a pearl or metallic color in the clearcoat ... could always go to a full color after, but would be hell to get it back to how it looks now after a full color job.

While I gave up on my MiniBuggy project forever ago and sold it for parts.... YOURS TURNED OUT TO BE THE COOLEST THING EVER. Do you have a photo album that I could just cruise through?

One thing you might be able to do.....some forum software has an available feature under “thread tools” that allows you to “view attachments” as a menu opinion......it might just be a matter of you flipping a switch as admin to “allow” that feature......or maybe not!
