I am sure many of you have seen the design shots on this from my other build thread.
I have cut some parts and have started on the build Here are a few pics.

    first nest - YouTube

I plan to make a set of prints for this for the builder, I will make the cut parts set available for purchase but I don't intend on making the cut file itself public.

I hope I can carry this project out in a decent Time frame!!

John got his buggy going today and free'd up the space in his garage So he started making some bends.

The rear assembly is being a stubborn pig to get all square. Its coming together though.

One more day and he has the mid tube shaped up and is already moving after the roll cage...

    April 9 2013

    View from drivers seat.

    Front end almost complete.

There have been a few changes from the prints but I think for the most part everything has landed like it was supposed to. I am really digging how this is looking.

I managed to get the donor car more thoroughly stripped down. Here are some pics from that lat couple of days.

Floors are sitting in place. I intend to cozy up to the punch at work and turn these plates into perf I was thinking 3/4 or 1" we'll see how that goes when we get to it.

So the seats are sitting in place tacked in. At the moment I'm waiting on the bungs for the front arms.

I bought 0.095 inserts and Jon ordered .120 dom for the arms. I won't be having stress over weak arms ever again..

There are only 8 tubes left to cut that were in the plans. 2 tubes for the rear shocks 2 back corner gussets. And the 4 X-Brace tubes for the rear lower H-Arms.
    then were onto mounting everything.

    April 15, 2013
Front end comes together for the first time looks like its going to work out even with the shock towers misplaced just a bit at the bottom connection..
I may even luck out with the spring rate on these shocks that were set up for a V8 buggy.

    April 17, 2013
I did some work on making the steering joints work the way they're supposed to and one more step complete.

April 20-23, 2013 A lot happened while I was at work today yesterday we tacked in the shock mount plates. started the gas tank frame and some other misc stuff. Completed the tie rods and bolted the spreader bar to the rack had to make a spacer there do some drilling on the spreader its self I had 1/2 where i needed 5/8 .. did ya'll know that drilling on stainless Sucks?.. it does..lol

    April 26 - 28 2013
Bypass shocks for the front arrived. Front suspension all bolted on & adjusted.
I made the brackets for fuel system, Bolted down the floors. Tacked in the front limit straps.
Had another small nest of parts cut for brake and drive spool parts. drank some beers, and some other odds and ends

I seems that the Ackerman is working the way it should I think.

You know your in for a long travel suspension when you have to use the cherry picker to get it off the ground...

Full Droop setting up limit straps.

This is after a 200lb buddy of mine sat on the front so we could get it to sit down.. Springs ehh pretty stiff. She Looks awesome at ride height stance..

I wish I could take the credit for those welds but I will be using up every drop of assistance I can get. . in fact. if all goes well this chassis will be tig welded by a master welder.
