so i completely dropped the ball on my story here, i'm sorry guys.. you should all jump on instagram and follow me there @jersdunz i have a tendancy to post photos of stuff there faster.

I had a lot of issues with electrical power. I think I need a new regulator even though it passed all of the impedance checks. I am scratching my head still I ended up strapping the two battery's together. I think I have a relay bridging power somewhere, after 3 days key off, the battery/s flat... and the fuse block is always on.

the header worked but it didn't work great. Engine went from vacuum to boost at 7k on a hill while duning it would go positive pressure at about 5500.

I completely abandoned the Electronic Boost Controller because I couldn't make it do anything at all..
Infinity has a ton of boost controls and apparently I don't know how to use any of them. So it has a very easy to adjust manual boost controller on it.

The effects of boost was so much more noticeable than I had ever imagined. Running at 2lbs of boost, it would run my old full open throttle pace at half or just under throttle.
Since I built this buggy and have been adding to the weight with accessories I have only seen 6th gear in the large open areas out on the big dunes.
Now with the controller giving me a reliable 5lbs of boost. I spent 20% of the last ride trying for 7th gear. It completely needs a revision on gearing now.

I put it in the garage before parking the trailer for winter.
    Time to fix this header.

From a crb forum I got a cut file drawing from a dude in Austria I think. With that I was able to pattern out my fixture plate without any time consuming measuring !!

I have been slowly trying to aquire tools. But i got carried away and strapped myself to a truck loan that took my "extra funds" to the chopping block.

Thinking about selling my cherished Harley to get a
    14x40 lathe, and a 9x40 mill. But we'll see.
