Obviously these are very basic plans; It will take much more in depth planning. And building something is never cheap. It will cost more than you expect.
Are you looking at independant rear suspension? Or a single swingarm?
Good Luck with your build!

I didn't get if those were wheels until I saw the arrow that said "wheels"
I'm kidding of coarse.
It looks like a cool drawing. But here is why plans cost money and will save u time in the long run.
Plans have been tested and tried. There is a order of assembly and what is needed to make it all happen.
Now you could make every thing. But let's only focus on 2 parts for the conversation part of my responce.
What is the hardest part of a build (from scratch??)
Rear drive assemble (ok you can buy that and make it work)
Or the harder part IMO
The front suspension. See you need the arms to move a certain way. And the steering to match. And the spindle to go along with and make the wheels do what you want like Ackerman and bump steering to be zero.... On and on.
The frame is easy. It's all of the parts that fit with in the total package.
Plans cost because some one took the time to save u TONS of time and cash but most of all you will not have to remake shit because u didn't think ahead.
I have done remaking shit more than once because of that same issue.
Don't get me wrong it's possible. But plans will guide you in a good direction.
Yoshi and protodie make killer buggies. But if they were to give out free plans how would they stay in business. My point is they both have been at this and learned what works and what doesn't. So they charge u money for what "does work"
I should send them some money for just saying there names out loud (kidding)
If you are drawing up a buggy let me help you with other questions
What's your budget
How flexible are you with going over that
What is the wheel base u want.
And what's the budget again(ha more jokes)
I'm not being a Debbie downer but there is a lot to a set of plans and a budget hat have to match. And free balling it can turn out to a frame and you lose interest. Just would hate to see you fall I. The same rut some of the cooler build have happen on this site before (many times before)

Based on the above drawings, you don't have the ability to properly design your own vehicle at this time.
If you can't afford plans, you can't afford to build it.
Buy some plans, then get some help building it........
