Today it snowed prety good, so it is time to look at winter projects. I have a lot. Here is what I have to do this winter. Fly to Seoul in January to get our 3rd child, dis assemble my Shotgun, powdercoat everything, zinc plate some items, build a buggy trailer, and finish a Prolite 6.5 kids buggy that I got from Jody's brother, Dan! AND get it ALL ready by the last week in February to have both buggys in the Detroit Autorama! I better start tonight!! Here are some pictures of whats to come!

    Time to get torn down!

Some 4"x4" 14 gauge steel I scored from work!

    The kids buggy!!

Gonna miss this!! Until next year!

OH I have to rebuild the motor on my CRF 450... It was making some engine noises after my last dune trip. I was the 3rd person on the dunes, and it was SO freaking smooth, so it was 5th gear, pinned for a while...and I think thats what killed her. DOH!

Anyone else with some winter goals?!?!

Finish my two-seater buggy. I had gathered most of the parts, including a snowmobile for the donor engine and then my daughter got married. Discretionary spending went from small to none. The following spring, I broke a heim joint on the rear suspension of my single-seater buggy and I decided to rebuild both the front and rear suspension to fix some design flaws. That's all squared-away now and it's time to drag the two-seater frame back into the garage and finish that #*$@ project.

I'm actually going to try to work on 2020.

Been playing with the machine center recently and have the bug again. Need to sit down and work out my rear carriers and hubs.

I'm just trying to build an AR51 from RickS and then modify my 4x8 trailer to haul it around. I really need to make a bed rail rack type system to haul it when I'm towing my travel trailer. Hopefully all the grinding and welding will keep the garage warm this winter.

Here is one I just finished. My buddy and I built 3 of these tables. 2 this size and 1 that is wider and shorter for a dining table. Each one is fabricated from 45 flat 12 gauge parts. They are nickel plated so they had to be polished. We put over 160 man hours in the polishing of the 3 tables. This is not at my day job so my last month of nights have been late ones. The stone top is just something I had laying around the shop. They will be getting walnut tops, and heading to NYC to live in someone's penthouse. The lamp I made a while ago from scrap chain, 3 twisted pieces of strap, and a spare hemisphere.

Oh yeah, I plan to get my front end built on my shotgun this winter. More if I can afford it. Tuition is expensive!!!
