The threaded end for the castle nut should have ones side drilled for a cotter pin, the other side I just started welding the nut to the shaft on the inside as there was no reason to remove the nut on both sides.

I would highly suggest changing out the rear end for my 930 stubs and running 930 cv's instead of the u-joint axles.

I believe the bearing carriers are the same and the outside steal piece are the same (although I now have them machined out of a solid piece of steal instead of welding the ring on them), so you should only need my 930 stubs, which will replace the long shaft and the inner mount and allow you to run 930's.

that busa guage their is it for sale and can you us it on a r1 2002 bike cuz i like the way it looks and price??

I like the front spindles/a arm set up. Oh and I have the same zip ties mounts. No worries.

Slow weekend. Made the overflow bottle mount today. Hopefully get new stub axles next week and then the CV's and axles done. Redoing the wiring harness is such a pain. Will end up with a 12" LED light bar and 2 LED spots up top. The overall total wattage drawn with everything running should be @ 75% of what the system puts out, seems like no stereo at night time. New goal, Test drive in 3 weeks, I hope it not to hot out in the desert by them

Finally got my clutch and brake lines bled and the CV/Axles all greased up and installed. Was able to put it into gear and made it 2 feet when the fuel regulator diaphragm went out and fuel was pouring out the vacuum port. Lucky for me I talked to the tech at Aeromotive and he is sending me a replacement.

Not sure why that happened all I ever put in there was unleaded and maybe hooked up the pump backwards once, lol
Now all I need is the temp to drop down @ 90 in the desert for a real test drive.
